I began my journey into living a better life in July 2019. I was extremely sedentary and quite fearful of any kind of exercise. A friend invited me to a YogaYama Level 1 class where I was introduced to Wendy and her very patient teaching style. Through YogaYama and Wendy, I have become much more confident in my exercise abilities; I have gained self-awareness and have found the strength and peace needed to reach deeper into this life’s journey and achieve my goals!
Wendy’s class that I attend has a relaxed fun atmosphere, but she still makes it challenging so we can grow. She’s very safety conscious and makes sure everyone from beginner to advanced can participate and get something out of class. I always feel much looser with fewer aches after her class.
